What is the ELT?
At Prottyashi, the Extended Leadership Team (ELT) is a collaborative space that
brings together both emerging and established leaders. It’s designed to nurture
next-gen leadership, encourage open dialogue, and foster a culture of shared
governance ensuring that the organization is inclusive, dynamic, and responsive
to the communities it serves. This mirrors the ELT structure used by ActionAid
Bangladesh.
